Hi ! I am Dr. Vanthi Ekal

I am a PhD‑qualified Nutrition and Dietetics professional. I have more than 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in clinical nutrition, public health, diabetes education, and global clinical research projects.

​

My work focuses on translating advanced nutrition science into practical, personalized diet strategies that help individuals manage chronic health conditions and improve long‑term wellness. Through Shree’s Health, I provide structured nutrition programs for weight management, diabetes and hypertension management, PCOS and hypothyroid management and Pre & Post Pregnancy management. My approach combines clinical understanding, practical nutrition planning, and lifestyle alignment, ensuring that each individual receives care that is both medically appropriate and realistic.

In addition to clinical practice, I have contributed to peer‑reviewed scientific research, given presentations  at international conferences, and worked extensively with physicians, researchers, and healthcare organizations on nutrition‑focused health interventions.
